Terms of Use
The terms for using this site and its forms, in plain English: quotes, job applications, acceptable use, content rights, liability and governing law.

Last updated 9 October 2026
Who these terms are between
You, and Intuites. They cover this website, intuites.com, and the forms on it. They do not replace any agreement you sign with us for software development, support or any other work; those documents govern the work itself and take precedence over these terms where the two overlap.
What the site is for
The site describes what we do, publishes articles, lists open roles and gives you ways to contact us. Nothing on it is professional, legal or financial advice for your situation. A quote, estimate or scope we send in reply to a request is an invitation to discuss the work; it becomes binding only when both sides sign a written agreement.
Project requests and quotes
When you submit a project request we rely on the information you give us to prepare a scope. Figures in a scope are based on that information and on the assumptions written beside them. If the facts change, the scope may change, and we will say so in writing before any further work is done. Discovery calls and written scopes are free of charge unless we agree otherwise.
Job applications
By applying for a role you confirm that the information in your application is accurate and that you are entitled to share the documents you upload. Submitting an application does not create any obligation on Intuites to interview or hire. Roles are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and may close without notice.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, copy or republish the site’s content in bulk without written permission. Sharing a link is always fine.
- Do not submit forms or applications on someone else’s behalf without their consent, or submit information you know to be false.
- Do not attempt to bypass the bot protection or the click-to-reveal contact details, probe the site for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not use our name, logo or domain to represent yourself as Intuites.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, logo, illustrations and images on this site belong to Intuites or are used under licence, and may not be reused without permission. Some images and articles are produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed by us before publication; articles are general information, not advice. Nothing on this site transfers any rights in software we build for customers, which are set out in each customer’s agreement.
Third-party services and links
The site uses third-party services for hosting, bot protection and, if enabled, analytics, and it links to other websites. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
Privacy
How we handle the information you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate, secure and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuites is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
