Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. Here is where we stand, and how to tell us when something is in the way.

Our commitment
Intuites builds software for a living, and we hold our own site to the standard we build to for customers: the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement says what is in place today and what is not yet.
What is in place
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page, one
<h1>per page, and a logical heading order beneath it. - Every page can be used with a keyboard alone. Links, buttons, form fields, the FAQ accordions, the slideshow controls and the click-to-reveal contact buttons all take keyboard focus, and the focus ring is a 3-pixel high-contrast outline that no theme hides.
- Text and interface colours are checked against a 4.5:1 contrast minimum, and control borders and card edges against 3:1.
- Buttons and form controls are at least 44 pixels tall, so they work with a finger as well as a mouse.
- Every form field has a visible label, required fields are marked in words, and error messages are written out rather than shown by colour alone.
- The FAQ accordions use the browser’s native
<details>element, so they work with a screen reader and with scripting turned off. - The home-page slideshow pauses while your pointer or keyboard focus is on it, never auto-advances for visitors who have asked their system for reduced motion, and can always be driven with its previous, next and dot buttons.
- Images carry alternative text and declare their size so the page does not shift while they load. Decorative images are marked as such.
- Motion is kept under 150 milliseconds, nothing on the site flashes, and the site is usable at 200% zoom and on a 320-pixel-wide screen without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
- The Cloudflare Turnstile bot check on our forms is a third-party component. It offers an accessible challenge, but we do not control its interface.
- Photographs on the site are AI-generated and described with short alternative text; they are illustrative and carry no information that is not also in the text.
- Our phone number and email are revealed on the contact page by pressing a button, which keeps them away from bulk harvesters. The buttons are labelled and keyboard-operable; if the reveal fails, the contact form on the same page always works.
- Resume uploads on the careers page accept PDF and Word files only. If you need to apply another way, contact us and we will arrange it.
How we test
Each release is checked with keyboard-only navigation, a screen reader, browser zoom at 200%, and automated contrast and structure checks. Measurements, not screenshots, decide whether something passes.
Tell us if something does not work
If any part of this site is hard for you to use, tell us through the contact page with the page address and what happened, and we will fix it or offer the content in another format. We aim to reply within one business day.
