Who we are

Intuites is a software development company based at 1740 Grassland Parkway, Unit 405, First Floor, Alpharetta, GA 30004. We build web and mobile software for other companies. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, who handles it for us, and the choices you have. It applies to intuites.com only; the software we build for our customers is covered by the agreements we sign with them.

What we collect, and why

We collect only what the feature you are using needs.

• Contact and project forms. your name, email, phone, company, budget range, timeline and whatever you write in the message. Used to answer you and to scope the work you asked about.
• Job applications. your name, email, phone, resume, and the optional details you add: LinkedIn profile, years of experience, expected pay, availability and work-authorisation status. Used only to consider you for the role you applied to.
• Background-check requests. whatever an employer or screening company sends to our HR mailbox to verify a current or former team member. Used only to answer that request.
• Site usage. pages viewed, approximate region from your IP address, browser type and referring page, collected by Google Analytics only if it is switched on, and used in aggregate.
• Bot protection. our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to tell people from automated traffic.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, scope a project you asked about, or consider your job application.
• To send one acknowledgement email when you submit a form, so you know it arrived.
• To keep the site working and protected from automated abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate and only if analytics is switched on, which pages are read.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

Job applications

When you apply for a role we collect your name, email, phone number, resume and the optional details you choose to add. The work-authorisation question on the form is asked of every applicant in the same way so that we can advise on the right engagement model; it is never used to screen or rank applicants, and Intuites does not discriminate on the basis of citizenship or immigration status. Resumes are stored in private storage that only our hiring staff can open, and are not shared with anyone outside Intuites without your approval for that specific role. Background-check verification requests sent to our HR mailbox are handled only by the HR team.

Who processes it for us

Your information is stored and processed by providers acting on our instructions, in the United States unless stated otherwise:

• hosting.com, which hosts this website
• Supabase, which stores form submissions, job applications and uploaded resumes
• Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot check on our forms
• Our email delivery provider, which sends form notifications and acknowledgements
• Google Analytics, only if analytics is switched on

Each of them is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

• Contact and project forms: kept for 12 months, then deleted
• Job applications and resumes: kept for 12 months so we can match you to roles that open later, then deleted
• Background-check correspondence: kept for 24 months for audit, then deleted
• Usage logs: aggregated and not kept in raw form beyond 14 months

Cookies

This site sets one first-party cookie, which remembers a display preference and holds no personal information. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell visitors apart; you can block them with your browser or a content blocker and the site works exactly the same. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions and applications are stored in access-controlled systems that only the people who need them can open. Our own contact details are not published in the page source, which keeps them out of bulk harvesting, and the same care applies to yours.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Use the contact page and we answer within 30 days. If you are in California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, local law may give you additional rights, such as the right to object to processing or to receive a copy of your data in a portable format; we honour those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is for businesses and job applicants. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. For a material change we also note it on this page for 30 days afterwards.
