Intuites Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel Surgical Technologist - Labor & Delivery (L&D) for a travel contract in Atlanta, GA. This assignment includes shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (schedule varies); duration: 13 weeks; start date: ASAP; 36 hours per week. Pay is $1,692 per week. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery surgical technologist experience
- AHA BLS certification required
- NBSTA or NCCT certification preferred
- Experience scrubbing C-sections, tubal procedures, and hysterectomies
- Knowledge of D&C procedures and the Massive Transfusion Protocol (MTP) for postpartum hemorrhage emergencies
- Travel candidates only; candidates residing within 50 miles are not eligible
- Must work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday as required by the facility
